  • Plastic Products moulded by rotational moulding produces a virtually stress-free product and is therefore ideally suited to the manufacture of particularly large hollow enclosed products like storage tanks, compost bins, recycling banks, litter bins, fuel storage bins and general purpose containers for waste management and recycling.

    The Process

    Rotational Moulding involves the rotation of plastic material in a mould within a heated oven, causing the material to melt, covering the inside surface of the mould.
    The mould and material cool down and the material holds the shape of the inside mould surface.
    The resultant product is tough, durable and ideal for outdoor use. A variety material colours inserts and surface textures can be achieved giving a final product endless possibilities.
